  6. Evaluating character and ethics in hiring and promoting employees: Issues of screening, training, and discipline to enforce high ethical standards
  7. Dealing with the media: Avoiding and dealing effectively with hostile, uninformed, and careless media coverage
  8. Improving decision-making: Strategies and models to help employees make decisions that are ethical and effective
  9. Collaboration: How to more effectively collaborate with schools, youth organizations, and civic-minded individuals and organizations to promote and maintain more ethical communities
